Hi, and welcome to the forum!
The lyrics are from Dominique A himself. The song is called Hveragerdi (really!) and appears on "The Dominique O project", a joint record by Dominique A (who wrote the lyrics and composed the melodies) and french band Oslo Telescopic (who wrote the music).
The original version is electronic, very different from the solo live one.
As to where can the lyrics be obtained from, I don't really know, Iwould start by googling the title..

Oslo telescopic's lyrics are quite unusal, and most of the time there are no meanings ( hit hit hit), it's rather what french people call "yaourt"
Yaourt is a mix of lines and words from known and unknown languages ( for the Oslo : french, spanish, english, iceland and pluto), it's used to have the voice of the singer as another instrument. Still if you are able to transcipt them...
